This song is called ANYWAY'S ALL RIGHT, from Folker. Or Anyways Alright or whatever. What do I know? It is
in open F# - don't cry, it's just open G minus 1, or

The main chords (F# and B) are kinda variations on the way Paul usually plays 'em, the pinky comes into play 
on that 5th fret on the high E string. It's when he's strumming the acoustic but you can sure hear those partials 
nice and clear when the electric does it's single rakes starting from the 2nd verse.
